We hope that our web site will provide you with useful information and many years of enjoyment in your new home.   ** IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ** ASSOCIATION DUES 2010    Dear Homeowner: This year’s dues of $400.00 will be collected semi-annually.  The first payment of $200.00 is due by December 31, 2009.  The final payment of $200.00 is due by June 30, 2010.  It is necessary to collect the dues earlier to continue to provide trash service and maintain the pool and common areas.   Please make your checks payable to Legacy Wood POA and mail to 2818 NE Wood Creek Lane, Lee's Summit, MO 64086.  For your convenience, you may also pay through PayPal* by following these steps: 1.       Log into 2.       Click on “Send Money” 3.       Enter homeowner@legacy-wood.com as recipient 4.       Select amount 5.       Select personal, money sent as gift.  This is important to avoid PayPal fees. 6.       Click Continue 7.       Select payment option and Submit   * A $6.00 convenience charge is required if paying by credit card.  No fee is charged if paying through a bank account.
